Owner Rosemarie made her mark in New York as a commercial artist running her own award-winning design agency FALCONE CREATIVE NETWORK. For 15 years she serviced prestigious corporate accounts which included RAGU FOODS, COLGATE-PALMOLIVE and PLAYTEX. As she empowered her own staff of 5, Rosemarie's keen negotiating, communication and management skills, her notoriety in cooperate advertising stimulated a courtship by KRAFT FOODS to oversee the redesign of both the MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee and POST Cereal brands. It was in this role as a consultant that she won numerous awards for new product marketing innovations and improvements.

To assist her aging parents, Rosemarie relocated to Florida 2 years ago and started her second business ARTISTIC WINDOWS-Works of Art, where she enjoys utilizing her creative talents by designing custom windows treatments! Her keen, unusual sense of design and color comes thru on all her projects. Rosemarie is an active Ambassador member of the Lake Worth Chamber of Commerce and has been known to be found elegantly flowing across a ballroom dance floor in her spare time!
